Please Note: It is not permitted by Public Health to sell unpasteurized dairy products from a farm. Only Owners of a Cow are permitted to consume the dairy products from that cow.
It has always been a dream of mine to be able to use my own dairy products in my cheese, butter and yogurt making. We also love baking and cooking with fresh milk and cream. And don't forget delicious fresh, unpasteurized, milk - either ice cold or still warm.
Our herd has expanded a LOT in the last few years and we are currently milking up to 6 Jersey and Jersey Cross cows. These cows not only provide fresh milk to our family, but also help us raise our puppies, keep the chickens laying their eggs and help us raise healthy commercial calves that would otherwise struggle to get enough milk to eat.
Anyone who would like to discuss our love for fresh milk, is welcome to contact us directly by email or phone. If you're interested in learning about how to make cheese, yogurt or butter check out our page listing all of our classes, or join us on Facebook for upcoming Farm Days.
